Day 37-1; Words To Myself; A year without drinking

I won’t justify this in any way.
I caved, I cracked, I folded.
36 days was better than a full year anyway.
It’s my birthday, and I’m sure from those days I experienced/ went through.
I won’t be going back to the way I was before.

  1. We all have moments of indulgence. It’s the habit that needs breaking and with 36 you’ve shown that’s a reality.
I hope you enjoyed you’re birthday and carry over you’re resolve. A year without drinking sounds great but a year learning you can still drink but can control it, is far more valuable.
It’s the line that shows you’re no where near alcoholism, you just fell into a rut… we’re all guilty of that!
